There's a play button on the bottom of the screen. Caspar uses the mouse this time to select it.
A video plays. It seems to take a couple of minutes to get going, but once the game -- and the stakes -- are revealed, Caspar can only sit in silence as the effigies of the players are put through their paces.
Until the end, when there is one survivor. Not winner -- survivor.
The host sounds nothing like Josh, his voice all deep and distorted, but it makes sense in a way. If the killer is going to remain anonymous...
"That," Caspar says, when the video ends, "Is really frakked up."
